With over 15 years of experience in banking and public service, I’ve spent my career helping Canadians understand their finances and stay compliant. During my experience in federal public service specializing in taxation and compliance, I’ve seen firsthand how many small businesses struggle—not for lack of passion, but because they fall behind on their books.

Yes—whether you’re a few months or a few years behind, I can clean up and bring your books current. Cleanup is a one-time project with a clear scope and quote.

Do you work only in QuickBooks Online?
Yes—QBO keeps your data secure and collaboration simple. I can also help migrate from spreadsheets or other software.

How do you price your services?
Cleanup projects are a one-time fee; monthly bookkeeping is a fixed monthly rate based on transaction volume, accounts, and complexity. Every quote is upfront and itemized.

PRICING

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
Month-to-month. You can cancel or pause with 30 days’ notice.

How do we share receipts and documents?
Simple options: secure shared folders or your preferred receipt-capture app. I’ll recommend a setup that fits your workflow.

How often will we meet?
Monthly consultations are available for an additional fee. However, if you ever have bookkeeping questions, you can call, text, or email anytime—I’ll always respond within one business day.

How do you protect my data?
I use reputable, encrypted cloud tools and multi-factor authentication. Access is limited to what’s necessary, and I never share your information.

Do you work with my CPA at year-end?
Absolutely—your CPA receives clean, reconciled books and any schedules they request, reducing year-end time and cost.
